Facilité Informatique is known as an accredited supplier to several large organizations. Benefiting from these experiences, we have developed an intervention approach which allows us to better serve our customers.

Once a company gives us the title of accredited supplier, we dedicate to this organization a team composed of a consulting services director and recruiters. This team hastens to fully understand the needs and requirements of the customer, its organization, its culture and its operations modes.

With this knowledge, we immediately proceed to the pre-qualification of candidates susceptible to meet both the technical requirements of the customer and its culture. This enables us to respond quickly to the expressed resources needs.

Shortly after the beginning of an assignment, the consultant services director ensures of the customer’s satisfaction and of the smooth operations of the assignement with our consultant and verifies if he needs support. If such is the case, assistance is provided immediately.

Moreover, we have a proven problem-solving process to help our consultants who may find themselves in an unusual or particularly difficult situation.

This monitoring is constantly applied throughout the assignement.

In the framework of these accreditations, we can also take charge of the management of all the customer’s freelancers.
